Debra
is President and CEO of and has authored a
variety of
nationally and internationally published works on corporate
governance. She has planned and facilitated global, national and
multi-stakeholder governance conferences and seminars, and spoken on
variety of corporate and personal development issues. Her book
"Orange Alert" is available here, and her earlier book "Change" is now
available on Amazon.com. On
the national level, Debra has been a participant in the Public Policy
Forum's roundtable on the governance of Crown Corporations and has been
featured in connection with her corporate governance work on
Canada's national business news produced by The Canadian Broadcasting
Corporation (CBC). Internationally, Debra has done governance and
leadership work with the Government of China and the Yeltsin Democracy
Fellowship Foundation. Prior to forming Brown Governance, she
spent several years in the Canadian financial sector, working
most recently as CEO. Debra is Chair
of The American Tract Society, Chair of the Hughes
Foundation and a member of the Executive Committee of The Internet
Evangelism Coalition. In addition, Debra is a founding member of
The Second Life Christian Leaders Association, coalition of
active church and ministry leaders in the virtual reality world known
as Second Life, where she is involved in direct online ministry through
her Second Life church Hope House. She has authored a variety of
nationally and internationally published works. Debra is a member
of Woodvale Pentecostal Church where she teaches adult bible
studies. Debra holds a Master of Divinity degree from
Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Tracey Lahey,

Tracey
is the sole owner of Beauty
by Tracey Mobile Esthetics & Makeup Artistry. Tracey has
over 8 years' experience specializing in television, theater, bridal,
photography, film and the beauty industry. She has added her
unique touch to the makeup of local news celebrities, global political
leaders and corporate CEO's. At the present time
Tracey works at CTV as the Makeup Artist for Sunday mornings' Question
Period.
Tracey has
completed her formal training as a Professional Esthetician
& Makeup Artist at The Versailles Academy of Esthetics, Hair
and Makeup Artistry. Tracey has performed manicures, facials,
pedicures, waxing and massages in both a spa setting and through
referrals for wedding parties and other special events.
Tracey has also taken on the role as Makeup Designer for Orpheus
Musical Theatre and Savoy Society in several productions over the past
few years and has been part of Opera Lyra's makeup team since
2003.
Birds of a Feather Oasis is Tracey's in home studio where she performs
esthetic , spray tanning and makeup services for clients that like to
come to her. Tracey is a volunteer at the where she helps out with Ottawa's homeless population
by
providing a variety of services from mini nail care treatments, street
outreach and pastor care. In addition Tracey helps her husband,
Paul Lahey, lead one of the programs at Woodvale Pentecostal Church.
